• Employment and remuneration information including salary, bonus schemes, overtime and employment history
• Bank account details, tax information, loans and credit commitments, personal credit history, sources of income and expenditure, family circumstances and details of dependents
• Health status and history, details of treatment and prognosis, medical reports
• Existing investment, mortgage, finance and insurance products and related terms

The basis upon which our firm will deal with Your Personal Data

When we speak with you about your mortgage, finance, insurance and other requirements we do so on the basis that both parties are entering a contract for the supply of services.

In order to perform that contract, and to arrange the products you require, we have the right to use Your Personal Data for the purposes detailed in this notice.

We may also use Your Personal Data where it is in our legitimate business interests, provided these interests do not override your rights.

On occasion, we will process Your Personal Data to meet legal, compliance or regulatory obligations, including responsibilities to the Financial Conduct Authority.

The basis upon which we will process certain parts of Your Personal Data

Where we assist you with insurance, including life or health-related products, we may process information relating to health, medical history or criminal disclosures where required for underwriting or compliance purposes.

We collect Your Personal Data primarily directly from you during meetings, calls, emails, client portals and written communications.

We may also obtain information from third parties such as credit reference agencies, employers or public registers, where permitted by law.
