If something has not gone the way it should, we would rather hear about it. Tell us what happened and we will look into it.

If you are not satisfied with our response

If you are not happy with how we have dealt with your complaint, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Ombudsman is free to use and independent of both us and the Financial Conduct Authority.
